Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Audio Visual installation experience Crestron programming (essential) Own car and valid license More than 2 years audio visual experience Knowledge of wiring, cable termination and best practice standards Duties and Responsibilities: Remote and telephonic support to clients Perform a daily checks of AV equipment of booked meeting rooms in the morning, before meetings starts Provide End-user training on AV equipment usage Management of AV service requests and incident reporting Checking of audio-visual equipment during times when rooms are not in use in preparation for live meetings and/or events Reporting service escalations to Company Service Desk for any issues that cannot be resolved onsite Perform root cause analysis of technical issues reported, in order to assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution Conduct preventative maintenance Fault finding Configure video conferencing and audio visual equipment Clean various AV equipment Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly Making sure DSTV distribution is working throughout the building Attend to calls logged related to the Network&Telephony installation PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
