Leading the internal creative studio department, the Creative Director will oversee a team of creative professionals by providing guidance and management on various projects across the marketing and communications function.They will coordinate work among a team of creative professionals as well as ensure that the concept is designed properly within the development phases to meet brand consistency. DescriptionPOSITION TITLE:Creative DirectorREPORTING TO:Senior Marketing DirectorSPAN OF CONTROL:GlobalBUSINESS UNIT:MarketingCOMPANY:RIB Software GmbHLOCATION:TBD (Remote possibility)DATE:January 2023PURPOSE:Leading the internal creative studio department, the Creative Director will oversee a team of creative professionals by providing guidance and management on various projects across the marketing and communications function.They will coordinate work among a team of creative professionals as well as ensure that the concept is designed properly within the development phases to meet brand consistency.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDefine the creative vision for all brand, advertising campaigns, and marketing messagesDraw from their holistic understanding of the entire creative process to identify great copy, design, and messagingConceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completionEstablish schedules for shortterm and longterm projects, plan tasks accordingly, and ensure goals and deadlines are met.Ensure the execution of all creative work stays within budget.Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactive elements of a project are properly aligned with the creative vision and brand standards.Mentor, motivate and supervise the creative team.Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.A minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative roleHandon experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand developmentExcellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.Outstanding leadership and organization skillsHave indepth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.Must be a creative and strategic thinker.Strong command of spoken and written English.Job Types:Full-time, PermanentSalary:R900, R950,000.00 per yearEducation:Bachelors (required)Experience:- as a creative director: 5 years (preferred)Language:English (required)Expected Start Date: 2023/02/15#J-18808-Ljbffr
