Role responsibilities Create proposal material including profiles / capability statements, project case studies and CVs / people profiles for use in proposals. Develop pursuit documents that are well written, well designed and well written Coordinate and obtain contributions fromsubject matter expertsfor the proposal materials Briefgraphicdesign teamfor more specialist graphic supportwhen required Capture project case studies and CVs on in-house systems Provide proposal support from time to time as required Qualifications and experience Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, humanities or related disciplines At least 3 years’ experience in proposals and pursuits (preferred), business development, client relationship management, marketing and communication (or related field), preferably at a professional services firm (engineering, consulting, finance, legal or construction) Exceptional MS Word and PowerPoint skills Excellent writing and editing skills; exposure to technical writing beneficial Experience with design and document layout What type of person are we looking for Tactful, able to work in a team with excellent communication skills Able to cope with substantial pressure and responsibility Strong analytical and exceptional problem-solving skills Able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines Highly organised and meticulous – strong attention to detail Innovative and creative Self-motivated Integrity and accountability We believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
