About the role: The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to enhance our market presence, drive business growth, and reinforce our internal culture. Role responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to effectively showcase Zutari's services, differentiate us from competitors, and target key client segments. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content, to support business development efforts and enhance client engagement. Drive internal branding initiatives to foster a strong sense of identity, pride, and engagement among employees. Develop and execute internal communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand values. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, business development teams, and other stakeholders to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape. Build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners. Oversee Zutari's public relations, the preparation of press releases, interviews and media monitoring and manager participation in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships. Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels and materials. Monitor adherence to brand standards and provide guidance as needed. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives. Analyze data and insights to continuously optimize strategies and achieve business objectives. Lead and manage the marketing team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance feedback. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, and communications, with a proven track record of success in leading brand repositioning efforts. Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research methodologies, and digital marketing trends. Deep understanding of changing market dynamics Extensive knowledge of a variety of disciplines across the field of marketing Experience in the professional services industry or engineering sector is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire professional teams Knowledge/skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Ability to conduct and translate market insights and analysis into tangible strategy. Proficient in digital and software solutions applied in the marketing and communications and able to spearhead the implementation thereof.
