Requirements:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.Certification in project management would be advantageous.Proven experience coordinating complex manufacturing projects, preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry.Technical background with a basic understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, and tooling.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and track progress against milestones.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.Competency in 3D CAD design (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks)An ability to communicate effectively at all levels.A strong ability to think logically and rationally.Be highly proficient in MS Office specifically MS ExcelBe enthusiastic, positive and self-energized.Excellent problem-solving skillsResponsibilities:Project Planning and ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies for product design and tool manufacture projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, manufacturing engineers, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.Drive the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.Proactively monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks that arise.Communication and ReportingServe as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the plan.Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review project progress, discuss challenges, and make data-driven decisions.This Position is open to all individuals who meet the relevant minimum criteria.
