At their Johannesburg office, they are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join their team at the earliest possible entry date. Job Description As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both local and global HR projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the coordination and data management of Local and Global HR Projects/Initiatives. Supporting the Head of Finance and HR in all HR and payroll audits. Assisting with internal HR audits, including reviewing systems and personnel files. Maintaining and updating organizational structures, job descriptions, and the employee handbook. Managing personnel files and updating information on Pastel Payroll (including contract renewals, new hires, terminations, and banking details). Ensuring that all HR documentation is up to date, including contracts of employment. Supporting electronic filing and document management on HR SharePoint. Adhering to quality, efficiency, and confidentiality standards in the HR function. Performing any other reasonable tasks as assigned by your direct line manager. Ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting a socially responsible corporate culture. Minimum Requirements We are looking for a reliable, flexible team player who can work independently with a self-motivated and proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have: A relevant diploma or degree with at least 2 years of HR administration experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
