Job Description: You will work with the Grains Exco Team, the CMO and other stakeholders across Tiger Brands to set the overall growth, M&A and innovation agenda for Grains. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Partner with the Grains Exco team to bring to fruition new business development opportunities for our existing core categories and to work closely with the CMO and CGO, to develop a robust business case to validate the feasibility of these identified opportunities Together with categories and central functions develop cross-functional implementation plans to cultivate and execute new business development a fit for purpose team to commercialise and pilot (as appropriate) the new business development opportunity before its integration into a business portfolio Build new business development, innovation and agile project management capability across the cluster in partnership with the Group Innovation Director and CMO Lead the development and execution of an accelerated growth strategy for the Grains cluster of businesses Undertake comprehensive local and international benchmarking and market research to identify new Business Development and white space opportunities Partner with the Grains Exco team, CMO and other stakeholders across Tiger Brands to assess, commercialise and execute viable new opportunities for growth and innovation whilst leveraging synergies across the cluster Identify and analyzed new business development opportunities and scan the market for disruptive business models or possible M&A opportunities that have the potential to help the Grains cluster deliver value to both our customers and consumers Deliver analytically rigorous and data-driven insights to support new business opportunities strategic direction and prioritisation of execution plans and targets Job Requirements: A proven record of successfully running an end-to-end business as the Managing Director with full P&L responsibility will be preferable Excellent communication and consultancy skills 10 years experience in Senior Management roles with at least 5 at Director level within FMCG, preferably in Snacking Qualified with relevant tertiary degree / preference for an MBA Proven track record in Commercial / Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Business Development Job Details: Company: Tiger Brands Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Gauteng Application Deadline: N/A [ads2] Apply Here instantcareers.net #J-18808-Ljbffr
