Qualifications: CA(SA) preferred OR BCom + Honours + Articles 3+ years of commercial experience within an NPO or NGO essential Duties include: Budgeting and Cash Flow Forecast Draft an organizational budget for the following year Assist budget holders with drafting of budgets Monitor budgets for over and under expenditure for specific projects and donors Advise budget holders of over and under expenditure on a monthly basis Assist the project leads to draft cash-flow forecasts for the upcoming months Monitor cash flow Management of the cash flow of the organization, together with control of all bank accounts, petty cash floats and organizational debit cards Handle all cashflow requirements during workshops and bootcamps, and ensure an appropriate cash flow policy underscores the governance Accounting and Reporting Financial Reports Check GL to ensure accuracy in terms of donor allocation Liaise with programme staff to ensure prompt payment, submission of accurate financial information, timely follow-up and error-free posting and record keeping Payments Ensure that invoices are reconciled to the statements Ensure that all payments are loaded accurately and timeously on the various banking platforms Ensure that accurate payment schedules are prepared Transaction Processing Financial reports Asset Register Compliance and Financial Policies and Procedures Donor Compliance Audit Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
