Service Administrator/Technical Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:Handle incoming service requests via phone, email, or in-person visits.Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, service requests, and resolutions.Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.Prepare reports on service activities, including trends, performance metrics, and customer feedback.Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures to streamline operations.Technical Scheduling:Schedule service appointments for technicians based on customer needs and technician availability.Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide relevant information about the service process.Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have the necessary tools, equipment, and information for each service appointment.Monitor the progress of service appointments and address any scheduling conflicts or delays proactively.Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.Requirements:Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry, scheduling, and communication.Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs.Knowledge of Samsung products and technical terminology is a plus.Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
