We operate the various technology platforms and shared services, ensure Cyber and Information Security resilience, and act as technology governance and risk orchestrator for technology across Sanlam. As a Test Engineer you will provide testing services within the Testing Centre of Excellence to the different functional teams. What will make you successful in this role? Perform test scheduling and execution with all test cycles (SIT to BRT), using the Agile way of working Identify, define and design Regressive test requirements Perform Test case preparation and Regression testing Identify and report test related errors, issues and risks. Liaise with test and business analysts on errors, issues and risks Identify Test Data Automation tests to be added in framework Qualifications Grade 12 Relevant IT qualification or certification (ISTQB) will be recommended. Experience in: Financial services is required. Sanlam Life New Business applications including Underwriting, Case, New Business capturing and Magnum or AIS is required Testing within a solutions design division will be a strong recommendation Testing the delivery of financial solutions is required. (preferable) Knowledge Computer Literacy including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Products, Internet and E-mail. Knows of, and understand all forms of testing.
