Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PositionA rare opening is available for an experienced leader to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at a well-known financial services organization. This position requires a candidate who can guide the company towards sustainable growth by utilizing their expertise in the financial services sector to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and promote a culture of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the organization's sustainability by creating and delivering a compelling brand experience.Develop and execute the growth strategy in line with the overall business strategy, focusing on standards, channels expansion, and effective business communication.Manage stakeholders across the organization and maintain strong industry relationships.Lead business management, governance, risk management, and regulatory reporting while seizing growth opportunities.Oversee vertical integration and drive digital transformation for innovation and streamlined operations.Implement strategic policies aligned with business goals to realize value propositions.Promote collaboration among departments and teams for continuous improvement.Optimize organizational processes, systems, and procedures for enhanced customer satisfaction.Direct the C-Suite Executives and ensure alignment with the company's direction.Define service models to maintain high client satisfaction and optimize service delivery.Establish a culture of exceptional client service and ensure needs are met.Engage with franchise principals and staff to embed client-centric solutions in operations.Lead a people strategy that fosters a culture of performance and learning.Manage financial operations, meet long-term objectives, drive sales targets, and ensure compliance.Oversee governance, compliance, and ethics frameworks in alignment with regulations.Requirements:Post-graduate qualification in Finance or Business Management.Professional designation (CA, Attorney, Actuary) required.Preferred qualifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Registered Key Individual (KI).Experience:10+ years in the tied agency industry.5+ years managing tied agencies in financial services.5+ years leading a network of financial advisers.3+ years with technology in financial services.Knowledge and Skills:Extensive knowledge of people management, risk management, budgeting, and strategic planning.Understanding of the investment, health, insurance, and financial services industry.Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.Ability to lead teams, drive innovation, and foster continuous improvement.This leadership role is ideal for a dynamic individual ready to make a significant impact on a prominent financial services organization's future.#J-18808-Ljbffr
