Job Description Implement, monitor and embed the organizational Combined Assurance strategy and roadmap, with a view to enhance good corporate governance, to mitigate risks and to minimize operational and business disruptions within the Organization. Implement, monitor and embed the organizational Combined Assurance strategy and roadmap: Support the Head Combined Assurance to implement and monitor the Combined Assurance framework and roadmap. Develop, maintain and manage productive and beneficial relations with all assurance providers, risk champions, segments and various stakeholders within the scope of combined Assurance Task Team (CATT). Coordinate assurance activities across all segments monthly to align to the Combined Assurance requirements on assurance coverage and reporting as defined in the CA plan. Assess the output of divisional assurance activities and glean insights that inform top divisional risks, key mitigating controls and their impact on the achievement of the segment objectives. Compile, consolidate and provide monthly reports to the Combined Assurance Task Team (CATT) meetings on all combined assurance issues and activities. Participate in risk and management committees, risk and compliance forums and manage related activities. Assess interdependencies and overlap between various Combined Assurance (CA) providers activities and potential trade-offs. Contribute to reporting to the Combined Assurance Management Forum (CAMF), GERC and Audit Committee. Continuous improvement to ensure effective service Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders. Ensure adherence to organisational policies, practices and procedures. Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency. Service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction Establish productive operational relationships with key stakeholders in the various channels Develop work routines in line with operational plans / schedules in order to manage achievement of service delivery goals. Share knowledge on, and participate in the creation of new standards, control systems and procedures to maintain service delivery. Manage quality people practices Align own behavior with the organisation culture and values. Share and transfer product, process and systems knowledge to colleagues. Actively share information with other team members regarding successes, issues, trends and ideas.
