Minimum Job Requirements:Degree in Business Administration or related.Successful experience as a Sales Rep or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.Responsibilities:Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management team.Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues.Track individual and team sales targets and quotas.Manage and oversee the activities and performance of the Sales team.Co-ordinate with Marketing on lead generation and sales campaigns.Run sales reports and forecasting sales trends.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Handle and resolve customer complaints.Interact with the Procurement Manager with regard to stock requirements.Interact with the Marketing department to promote daily advertising on all social media platforms.
