Responsibilities: Ensure the company is compliant with HR statutory and legal requirements Ensuring reporting data is accurate and on time to meet HR reporting deadlines. Ensure the business is capacitated always by following the recruitment process. Ensure skills development across all levels for employees to function effectively. To analyse the IR risk and ensure that there is no industrial conflict risk. Follow through with recruitment and selection Practice Employee/Industrial Relations Liaise with Training teams General HR Administration Requirements: Degree in HR Management/Industrial Psychology 5 years of HR experience (including recruitment, training and development, payroll, and industrial relations) Knowledge of ERP System Benefits: Salary: R420K/yr – R600K/yr, salary negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
