Our client in the Fintech space is seeking Sales consultants with a network to penetrate clients who are SME's in the retail sector. The purpose of the position is to acquire new clients by generating sales leads, following up on sales leads, making sales, collecting, and submitting signed documentation for review and approval of sales applications. Following up on submitted applications and installations to ensure that our client acquires sufficient new business that is viable and generates a profit for the business in line with projected sales on the budget. Key Requirements: Acquire new business opportunities to grow their ATM presence Increase ATM footprint/representation nationally in the retail sector as well as grow market share. Client onboarding Obtain CIT approval for all sites before signing new contracts Ensure site readiness with the operational teams and update the merchant throughout the onboarding journey Customer service and retention Always ensure the confidentiality of customer information Regular site visits to existing customers to ensure the client is happy with the services end-to-end. Customer Service review sessions to take place to determine the profitability and performance of the device. Effective query and complaints resolution followed by the appropriate escalation. Ensure the merchant needs are addressed timeously and effectively Management of sales territory To be the focal point of contact for the merchant Planned regular merchant visits. Develop and Maintain existing customer relationships and networks. Ensure speedy query resolution through adherence to the service level agreement Contract management Operational support Manage the client and site concerning operational issues. Act as a single point of contact to resolve all local service issues that may arise Requirements Grade 12 Relevant tertiary qualification degree in Public Relations/Marketing 3+ years experience in sales Proven network in the retail sector Proven ability to generate own leads, negotiate, close deals and conflict resolution Valid driver's licence and own vehicle Available to work weekends and public holidays when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
