Job Description:Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product / systems / services offering, and aligning to provide a solutionSelling products / system to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units /Product GroupsPerforming regular status reviews and proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfallsIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaborationManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting collection and project management activities when neededMonitoring customer and market trend and communicating with global or regional team to get required support to develop businessMinimum Requirement:National Diploma / University Degree (Engineering background preferable)Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or engineering related field to demonstrate capability to achieve business resultsExperience of business development with sales records for new customers/markets is preferredMarket and products specific knowledge of motor products compulsoryExcellent oral and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
