Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking To develop the E-Commerce strategy for Standard Bank Offshore by combining, sales, marketing, technology and management expertise to deliver a fully enabled digital platform that creates a superior brand and client digital experience ensuring all IStandard Bank Offshore products are available and compete in the broader digital banking market. Qualifications Minimum QualificationsFirst Degree in Finance and AccountingFirst Degree in Information TechnologyFirst Degree inMarketingExperience Required5-7 years experience in the e-commerce space, specifically around developing e-commerce platforms, from conception through to going live. The end-to-end enablement of the platform.8-10 years comprehensive experience in international markets, focused on business development and value creation through platform development. Additional Information Act as an eCommerce thought leader and educate the business units and marketing teams on the power of best practices and emerging opportunities.Actively research and keep up to date on digital, direct and social media trends by engaging with the market and recommend new ways in which digital, interactive and social media may be used in eCommerce.Analyse market trends by interpreting platform data to understand platform and product shortfalls and design corrective roadmaps to ensure that the platform is optimised to generate value for SBO.Analyse platform performance by reviewing purchases and revenue generation created through the platform to determine overall return on investment.Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
