Job Description:Load and terminate employees on VIP PremierImporting of hours pulled from the clocking system into VIP PremierProcess all leave types on VIP PremierProcessing of all payroll input (earnings and deductions)Printing and Distribution of pay slipsHandling of all queries and correctionsChecking of schedules for Numsa Insurance, Medical aid etcTermination payments and employee terminations managementEmployment ConfirmationLoading of Garnishee and maintenance ordersWeekly audit reportsWeekly hours report required by HRPayslip reprints when requested by employeesLiaising with team leaders, shift leaders and coordinatorsOrdering of payslipsSupply HR with payroll related informationWeekly payroll reportingMonthly payroll reportingJob Requirements:Qualified Matric / Grade 12 minimum5 years minimum experience as a Payroll Clerk / Payroll AdministratorMinimum payroll headcount +/- 500 employeesVIP Premier Payroll experience compulsory#J-18808-Ljbffr
