It is the Quantity Surveyors responsibly to ensure projects are procured and delivered within budget – seeking to minimise costs and ensure legal regulations are adhered to.You will be assisting with the following key responsibilities.Multiple project cost control and reportingPayment applicationValuations and final accountingMeasure progress and variationsIssuing notices of the contractLiaising with operations site team and other stakeholders within the business – building strong relationshipsMaterial procurementThe personThis opportunity would suit an ambitious graduate or undergrad who’s close to completing their studies – BSc in Quantity Surveying (sponsorship available). Full training and support will be given.
