A Property background in the Oil/Fuel industry with exposure to management of petrol station Forecourts would be ideal.Degree/ MBA preferredCome from a leadership background in Fuel Retail/FMCG industry or  even fuel Property exposure.Able to drive business growth, operational excellence and achieve financial objectivesAble to assess the current Retail outlets and take them to another "level" of excellenceStrong understanding of regulatory frameworks within Fuel Retail/FMCG spaceStrong strategic planning and execution skillsExcellent knowledge of the South Africa Market Fuel Retail arenaFinancial acumen and budget management attributesSolid negotiation in business skills
