As a Software Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels including LinkedIn, networking, phoning and online engagements Manage the sales process from samples to opening accounts, persistently following up with potential clients in a professional manner Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and provide them with information and solutions based on their needs. Liaise with Client Services to assist in resolving customer complaints/disputes Manage accounts and monitor sales performance Update CRM software with new leads and keep a record of calls and relevant details You will have: 5+ years experience as an inside sales representative Experience in the SaaS Sales Industry (HubSpot Sales would be beneficial) Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or similar Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to multitask and work independently Good team player Equipment requirement: Candidates must be equipped with their own laptop with a functioning camera, microphone, and speaker.
