Job Purpose Manage a team of Sales Representatives that service Independent and corporate pharmacies to promote our OTC business unit products. Achieve sales and market share targets while executing operational expectations of AI OTC. Required Learning Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a Regional Sales Manager A tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or a medical discipline is advantageous Relationships with large Independent and corporate store managers are an advantage Proven sales record Thorough knowledge of the South African pharmaceutical industry Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Business savvy Key Job Outputs Management of regional and divisional sales objectives Prioritize effectively in accordance with corporate objectives Monitor competitive market share evolution Ensure expenses are in line with budget/revised forecast Customer Relationships Achieve customer targets in all key areas Build sustainable customer loyalty Analysis and Reports Accurate forecasting and sales tracking Monitor and analyze market share trajectory Prepare and present field sales reports in a timely manner Develop tactical plans from available data Team Development Attract, retain, and develop key talent Motivate team members to be successful and efficient Core Competencies Strong coaching skills People management skills Financial acumen and relevant analysis Planning and organizing abilities Networking skills Fluent verbal and written communication Supportive orientation Job Type: Full-time Pay: R1,000,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
