OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR (OPS) * FMCG/Manufacturing Industry experience will be an Advantage * Minimum 4-6 Year's experience as an Operational Supervisor * Supervise everyday working of Department Operating Process * Maintain&Provide efficient backup to Supply department and ensure achievement of All Internal&External needs * Provide Training to workers * Employee Attendance * Develop Plans and supervise various Departmental meetings * Monitor all Administrative functions * Ensure compliance with applicable Laws and Company Policies * Any additional functions, if and when required * Fluent in AFRIKAANS&ENGLISH * Clean Criminal&Credit record - will be verified #J-18808-Ljbffr
