This crucial role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing after-sales services, including technical, warranty services, supply chain and parts management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and people management skills to manage the after-sales team, strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders, and exceptional problem-solving skills to address after-sales service issues. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the unique challenges of after-sales services within the automotive industry. Minimum qualifications required for this position include a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field, with a postgraduate degree highly preferred. The candidate should also have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in after-sales service or operations with an Automotive OEM, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
