Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in Communications / Journalism / Media Studies / Project Management / relatedPost Graduate communications qualification advantageous5+ years experience in a media environment with both project management and community development experienceValid driversBursary experience would be preferredThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Management of projects including planning, organizing, staffing, leading and monitoring activitiesSubmitting quarterly reports and implement administration activitiesManage effective communication and develop work performance standardsPrepares and agree to the annual budget and authorize costsMonitoring of overspendingCommunicate with clients and stakeholdersCommunicate with government officialsManage the project cycle / approve site visit schedule for subordinatesReview a site visit reports and present finding summaryTroubleshoot if any challenges are detectedMaintain communication with projects, staff and external stakeholdersManage staff performance and planning of teams future needs Salary: R30 000.00 per month for the contract duration
