Main Purpose Play a vital role in helping our clients meet their hiring needs. You will work closely with clients and the sales team to understand the recruitment requirements, and then source and screen candidates to identify suitable matches. You will also post job vacancies on various job boards and social media channels to attract potential candidates. In addition to candidate sourcing and screening, you will also assist the recruitment team with various activities, such as scheduling interviews and addressing candidate queries. Ensuring a positive candidate experience is a critical aspect of this role, and you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the candidate database and knowledge management platform to ensure that our clients have access to top talent. Responsibilities Understand our clients' hiring needs and execute activities in line with recruitment strategy to meet those needs. Source, screen, and identify suitable candidates for various roles and positions. Post job vacancies on various job boards and social media channels. Capture profiles into the Applicant Tracking System and maintain the candidate database. Sort and screen candidate resumes, and schedule phone or in-person interviews. Address candidate queries and assist them with the interview process. Send out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates. Perform candidate background checks and handle any paperwork activities. Participate in and network at various recruiting events. Use recruiting software to manage candidate applications and other recruitment activities. Maintain and update the candidate database and knowledge management platform. Assist in the onboarding process and ensure all documentation has been received and acknowledged by the client. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
