Tertiary qualification in supply chain or related ideal5 years+ in a Sales Management role within FMCGA track record of managing Teams on a National or Regional BasisStrong client relationship network/skills within the FMCG spaceHave worked with some of the major FMCG Food and/or Energy brands in South AfricaStrong strategic sales skillsExperience in human resource objectives ie recruiting, selecting, training and disciplining employees
