Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Excellent communication and persuasive skills Computer literate 2 years of experience in Internal Sales Hydraulic experience advantageous (In-house training provided) General Responsibilities: Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly. Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling, up-selling, and offering promotional items. Educate customers on product terminology, features, and benefits to enhance satisfaction. Stay updated on new products and customer preferences through internal meetings and training. Assist with Counter Sales when required.
