The team lead will perform team lead duties as well as varied administrative duties to ensure that appropriate records are maintained, and all compliance requirements are adhered to. May attend and lead SME meetings and assist with the recording process. Manages researchrelated activities of course or instructional design content and concept. Organizes and carries out operational tasks for setting up a Subject Matter Expert (SME) meeting. Designing models, backgrounds, sets, characters, objects, and the animation environment. Building up accurate, detailed, framebyframe visuals. Create storyboards that depict the script and narrative. Work to production deadlines and meet clients.Qualification and skills: 5 years experience working in a production environment with exposure to both animation and XR development. At least 2 years of team lead experience. Experience developing graphics using industrystandard design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience in software packages, such as but not limited to 3ds Max, Maya, LightWave, Softimage, and Cinema 4D.
