As the Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a vital role in driving the brand forward and ensuring its success in the competitive hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to promote our hotel and increase brand awareness.Manage all aspects of the hotel's sales and marketing activities, from planning to execution, to drive revenue growth.Utilize your lead generation capabilities to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.Harness the power of digital marketing to create engaging campaigns across various online platforms, including social media (SoMe).Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.In-depth knowledge of the science of marketing, including brand management and lead generation techniques.Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to attract MICE and Corporate clients.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate companiesLead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets.Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.A good understanding and experience with revenue management and sales management.Qualifications and Skills:✔️Relevant Sales and Marketing Qualifications✔️ Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry at branded international hotels. In-depth knowledge of the science of marketing, including brand management and lead generation techniques.✔️ Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on social media (SoMe) capabilities.✔️ Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. ✔️ Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
