The candidate will be reporting into the NSO Director, the successful incumbent will be responsible for developing objectives in respect to the brand's sales, volume, market share, customer brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and brand image and effectively plan, manage, and control all sales channels to achieve market share.Candidates with experience in the Motorbike industry are encouraged to apply. Duties:To ensure that sales and marketing achieves objectives by leading, motivating, training, and developing staff to enable them to meet all goals and objectives.Develop a quarterly sales incentive program which maximizes profitability and achieve sales volume.Analyze and interpret market trends, competitor activity and other external economic factors to ensure the development of appropriate product, price promotion and distribution strategies.Develop and manage the implementation of technique and systems to ensure accurate sales planning and volume forecasting to optimize production, sales and stock levels.Initiate and manage the development of sound advertising and promotional strategies that are fully integrated with the overall strategic direction and objectives for the brand.Manage dealer performance in respect to marketing, promotional, and sales actions for the brand.Develop and manage the implementation of motorcycle maintenance programmers designed to reduce the cost of ownership and improve customer retention in dealer workshops.Develop and manage the implementation of strategies and systems to achieve a Customer Satisfaction Index in respect of sales and after-sales which is the benchmark for the industry.Manage the implementation of control systems to monitor, maintain and enforce dealer franchise standards, code of business ethics and general operational standards for the Ducati dealer network.Ensure that Dealers meet the Group franchise requirements and where necessary implement corrective action plans.Develop and control the annual Budget for the Motorbike Division.Qualifications:A formal 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Business Management/ Finance/Marketing from a recognized tertiary institution.Experience:Minimum of 10 years motor industry experienceMinimum of 5 years at management levelEssential:Ability to think, plan and execute at strategic level.Ability and confidence to communicate and negotiate with top management, Group companies and direct customers and form valued working relationships across all levels.Well–developed and effective negotiation and influencing skills.Selling and marketing skills.Conflict resolution skills.Strong leadership and people management skills.Abroad knowledge and understanding of general principles of management, marketing, advertising, market research, sales, finance, legislation, product, body and equipment building.Added Advantage:A post – graduate qualification would be an added advantage.Minimum of 3 years Regional Sales experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
