Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a pioneer in the renewable energy industry in search of a Sales Representative. The Inland Sales Representative will sell Solar PV and BESS products in inland regions. Responsibilities include finding new business, building customer relationships, and meeting sales goals. The ideal candidate has sales experience, especially in renewable energy, and great communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Discover and pursue new sales prospects in inland regions to grow our customer base. Present and demonstrate Solar PV and BESS products to potential customers, emphasizing their benefits and features. Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers. Engage in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our company and generate leads. Maintain accurate and current customer records and sales activities using our CRM system. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Regularly compile and submit sales reports to the Regional Sales Head, detailing sales performance, market insights, and progress towards targets. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Head to analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and creating action plans to overcome challenges. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration and Coordination: Partner with the Regional Sales Head to craft and implement effective sales strategies aimed at surpassing sales goals. Maintain close communication with the client relations team to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the technical and product development teams to ensure that product offerings meet customer requirements and expectations. Offer insights to management and the R&D team on customer preferences, market dynamics, and opportunities for product enhancement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel within inland regions as needed. Results-driven and proactive. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
