Now’s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can:Provide an efficient administration and support service through careful and timeous planning and execution of activitiesSupport quality and compliance standards in business processes by aligning to the OSHACT, ensuring safe working conditionsEngage in hazard analysis and critical control points identificationEngage in clean as you go practices, monitor temperature logs and sanitise work surfaces and kitchen equipment, understand how to safely use the appropriate chemicalsMeasure and prepare meal ingredients for the Chef de PartiePrepare meal ingredients by seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits, herbs and spicesPrepare basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de PartieReceive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good qualityTake inventory of available supplies and notify the supervisor of low or depleted suppliesDiscard all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezersPerform basic cleaning duties and ensure that workstations are properly sanitised Plate and present meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions You will be an ideal candidate if you: Minimum Qualification -  Grade 12 Experience -  2 - 3 years' experience in similar environment.
