The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong relationships with clients in the transformers and minisubs industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and advance your career in a dynamic and challenging environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive positioning.Prepare quotations on transformer, minisubs and other electrical equipment.Travel in and around Gauteng province to see clients on a regular basis.Be willing to travel abroad if required.Qualifications:Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial or technical products/services sector.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and meet/exceed sales targets.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend effective solutions.Knowledge of transformers and minisubs industry is required.
