Manufacturing Plant Finance and Sales ERP Systems Specialist 2024-09-10 - 2024-10-09 Contractor JHB006433 Manufacturing A client of Managed Talent Solutions in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha is looking for the Finance and Sales Systems Specialist to provide maintenance and optimization of the ERP Systems Sales and Finance modules. For this position, you require a minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP support and consulting in the finance and sales streams. Experience in the Motor Industry and/or an Industrial Plant environment is an advantage. This position will start off on a 2-year contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar qualification Relevant SAP Certification / Business&Systems Analysis Finance Qualification will be a great advantage KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the functional availability and QOS of the Sales and Finance modules including performing daily routine tasks and maintenance. Interpret business requirements and provide solutions including gap analysis, business process engineering and mapping, configuration, testing, and roll out. Identify and recommend opportunities for productivity improvements and implementations where agreed. Manage access rights and configure the application. Ensure corporate procedures are maintained, including change management processes and escalate incidents to group level where applicable. Assist end users with training and documentation where required. Track and manage ERP requests on relevant corporate systems, including incident and crisis management.
