Engage merchants and users within the region to gather feedback to determine areas of improvement, from a platform usability and value-adding offerings perspective. Liaise with Marketing and Communications to craft campaigns. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce Experience Required Business&Commercial Banking Minimum of 3 years working experience in Merchant sales solutions.
