Duties Research and develop new technical solutions and prototypes. Design and program embedded systems. Manage R&D projects. Design electrical and control systems for various projects. Program PLCs and computer applications. Manage project plans and update stakeholders. Assist with breakdowns of PLC, electronic, and embedded systems. Debug and fix electronic PCB boards. Conduct feasibility studies and statistical analysis of processes. Update process documentation and checklists. Implement process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with controls and procedures. Identify and monitor risks. Maintain documentation and minimize waste. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers. Represent the company in stakeholder meetings. Solve problems creatively and report to management. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering (NQF 7) Up to 5 years experience in Production / Operations / Process Engineering in a Manufacturing environment. Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite; SAP, ERP Systems and job-specific software systems). Knowledge of Production, Process Engineering, Operational processes and related systems. PLC, HMI and Control Systems. Embedded Devices (Microcontroller, microprocessors). Programming (C/C++, C#, Python). Electronic Designing (Multisim, Ultiboard, MatLab). #J-18808-Ljbffr
