Red Ember recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Consultant for their client in the East of Johannesburg. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the services, facilities, cleaning, hygiene, and pest control sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell additional services. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Prepare and present accurate costing of contracts. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with prospective and current clients. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services. Requirements Education: Minimum: A matric certificate is required. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the services, facilities, cleaning, hygiene, or pest control industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Excel skills imperative). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
