Our client is a leading workflow automation solution provider with a strong focus on Know Your Customer (KYC) and client onboarding processes. They serve B2B clients, helping them streamline compliance workflows. They are based in South Africa, and as a growing startup, they are looking for a dynamic individual to join them as their Head of Sales. Job Type : Full time | Onsite Location : Johannesburg Relocation to Johannesburg Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise sales. Start-up experience or the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you may be required to wear multiple hats. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Financial services and compliance background is a plus, but not required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team. Responsibilities Lead B2B enterprise sales efforts, focusing on cold calling and prospecting potential clients in industries that require KYC solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Work closely with the leadership team to refine the sales process and align with company goals. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with key clients.
