The purpose of the role is to prepare, review and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer in line with standard operating procedures and OEM requirements. Qualifications and Experience Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warranties and costing.Bookings Clerk or Service Reception experience in a retail motor dealership environment would be of advantage.Automate experience essential.Premium Brand experience preferable.A minimum of Senior Certificate (Grade 12)Computer literate: competent using job-relevant functions required in MS Word and Excel.
