Reference: 9770 MLR Consultant: Michelle le Roux Job Description: Administration and Record keeping Recruitment Employee files and records Onboarding and exit Payroll admin Employee benefits/wellbeing Performance management process Training Employment Equity/WSP/ATR/BBBEE Company policies Monthly reporting Leave administration Employee communication Managing HR pages on intranet Staff changes communication General HR correspondence and documentation Diary management General admin support for the HR Manager Ad hoc HR related tasks and projects Liaising employee queries Manage all scheduled employees, as well as non-scheduled operational employees (Manufacturing and Supply Chain) related to HR functions Qualifications: National Dip/BTech/Degree (Tertiary qualification) in Human Resource Management 3-5 years’ current experience in broad aspects of Human Resources – Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Experience working with unions, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations Strong administrative skills Valid SA Driver’s licence Proficient in all MS office packages Excellent communication skills: Afrikaans and English (written and verbal) Assertive and able to handle conflict Good Analytical and Organisational skills with ability to multitask Detail orientated and deadline driven Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
