The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and growing sales within their assigned territory. You must have a proven track record of success in sales management with excellent knowledge of the industry and marketplace dynamics. Responsibilities: - Develop strategies to increase market share and maximize revenues from current customers,- Monitor customer behaviour trends to identify areas of improvement,- Evaluate competitor activity to determine appropriate pricing strategies,- Work with the marketing department on promotional campaigns and initiatives,- Develop relationships with key customers in order to retain business relationships,- Train, motivate, mentor, evaluate and support subordinate sales staff. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field experience preferred,- 3+ years’ experience in sales management roles,- Proven track record of success in increasing market share within your assigned region,- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships quickly,- Excellent communication skills.
