For example, we help online booking agents offer a full refundable booking option to their customers.Role The Marketing Manager would develop the brand strategy and architecture to demonstrate Protect Group as an established cutting-edge Insurtech business. They would ensure consistent brand execution across all material and channels whilst also ensuring efficiency in marketing and sales materials development.The Marketing Manager would support sales targets by developing marketing strategies by vertical and delivering these to achieve agreed targets. You would also support the sales team with the development of sales toolkits for each product. Adapted for vertical, regional and language requirements.The role currently has one direct report; an established Graphic Designer, also based in the Cape Town office.Responsibilities include:Brand strategy ownership.Work with Vertical leads to develop product positioning and marketing strategy by vertical.Oversight of execution across all channels and media, inc. social.Marketing budget responsibility.Line management of the Graphic Design resource.Campaign planning and the development of creative briefs.Work with the Heads of Sales/Vertical leads to develop campaign plans for their top target prospects.Campaign execution across all marketing channels with a focus on digital, but also conference / exhibition materials.Campaign monitoring and optimisation.Copy writing for day to day items.Protect Group Communications - i.e. credentials, PR activity, support with production of Annual report etc….Maximise ROI (both investment in the team and marketing spend).Develop the Group website.Amend product material with the correct branding nameThe Ideal Candidate Possesses the Following Attributes:Charismatic and empathic personalityCommercially minded individualStrong relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExcellent at storytellingAttention to detailStrong analytical skillsFlexibility and willingness to travelMarketing systems experience and experience generating significant ROI through lead generation campaignsExperience setting up and managing an Omnichannel Reporting system and CRMData-driven and willingness to “get hands-on”.Experience in the Travel, Ticketing, Transport, Accommodation, Hospitality, or Events industry.Experience of a Regulated Financial Services industry would be an advantageExperience of B2B sales channels / business models would be an advantageHow to ApplyIf you live and breathe what you do and recognise yourself as a Protect Person then submit your latest CV and let us know what you can bring to Protect!#J-18808-Ljbffr
