The African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Regional Institutional Support Project for Public Financial Governance – Phase II (RISPFG) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this Grant to payments under the contract for a Short-Term Expert for Comprehensive Analysis on Extractives . The services included under this project are improving income tax policy and administration in African countries by providing expert advice, support and training to tax officials, developing effective income tax policies and regulations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The Short-Term Expert for comprehensive analysis on extractives will be accountable for conducting original research on the mining fiscal regimes (including detailed analysis of existing fiscal regimes to identify gaps) and the coordination with ATAF member states that would have expressed interest in participating in the project. #J-18808-Ljbffr
