BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION Primary focus to support the organization with all relevant HR matters Assist with recruitment and selection process by utilizing the appropriate&approved process to meet the talent requirements of the organization Maintain accurate and up to date HR records&employee files Assist disciplinary and grievance enquiry participants to maintain fair procedures and substantiveness Analyse HR data (e.g. exit interviews; disciplinary hearings) and present insightful and added-value reports Provide HR support to managers and employees Add value to line management by assisting them with performance counselling&performance reviews Strengthen the company’s vision, mission and values through OD interventions Co-ordinate EE committee activities and initiatives ensuring compliance with the company’s EE plan and EE legislation Be committed through actions to build constructive employee relations and resolve disputes. REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Matric (NQF 4) HR Diploma or Degree (NQF 5) Min 5 years’ experience in similar role Must have worked with a staff compliment of min 800 staff Strong communication&interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational&time management skills Ability to handle confidential information Proven customer service focus Should you meet the above requirements, please upload your CV to our website www.hslabour.co.za.
