Duties&Responsibilities Manage the pressing team. Manage, improve, and develop compaction techniques. Find solutions to compaction defects. Document pressing techniques, defects, and solutions. Assist with equipment problems and to document maintenance procedures. To help plan production and to ensure that all supporting information, tools etc are ready. The job requires teamwork, good observation skills, hands on approach, analytical thinking, collaboration with other department members. The position reports to the Company Technical Director and forms part of the Engineering Team. Desired Experience&Qualification BSc Mechanical/Industrial Engineering – Graduate with no experience or with less than 2 years’ experience. BTech or M-Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering – Graduate or with 1 to 2 years’ experience. Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering – Graduate or with 1 to 2 years’ experience. Computer Literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook Advantageous skills: Knowledge of any programming language. Valid Code 08 Driver's License&Own Vehicle.
