Key Responsibilities: Conduct emissions testing for Engineering Design and Performance Testing purposes. Prepare mass and energy balances and equipment data sheets specifying process equipment and instrumentation. Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Document process design, including control philosophies and design reports. Liaise with suppliers and clients and collaborate with other engineering disciplines throughout the design and implementation phase. Execute complex process modelling and design calculations. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders. Investigate and report on client process problems through site testing and inspections. Commission and test new installations and troubleshoot new/old installations. Continuously monitor plant performance and report findings. Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale work to validate process design parameters. Skills Required: Strong analytical ability with expertise in understanding complex issues.
