Candidate Requirements:Grade 12Tertiary certificate/qualification in Travel & Tourism/hospitalityMust have a minimum of at least 4-5 years experience at a Senior levelMust have previous experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting products and services in the inbound travel industryMust be fully computer literateMust have a great command of the English language Working knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating systemsGeneral product knowledge of Southern and East AfricaPersonal or educational travel experience advantageousExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data capturing.Foreign language skills advantageousMust have own transport Office-based position.
