Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates for a variety of roles. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best match for our clients. Collaborating with Senior Consultants to understand client requirements. Providing exceptional candidate and client service.
