The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product components and excellent demonstration skills to identify customer needs, recommend products, and foster long-term client relationships. Duties&Responsibilities Manage customer experience within the Freddy Hirsch Group (FHG), promptly addressing and resolving concerns. Understand customer needs and requirements, fostering positive relationships. Develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements and future growth strategies. Collaborate with customers to provide comprehensive solutions to support market growth. Stay updated on new developments and FHG's product range, engaging with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for ongoing learning. Arrange and conduct equipment demonstrations at FHG auditoriums and customer sites. Develop sales strategies per OEM offering, targeting prospective customers and specific markets. Liaise with the Technical Support team from initial concept to commercial closeout. Work closely with internal partners from spices, workshops, and finance teams to provide solution-driven partnerships. Continuously work towards achieving sales targets in line with budget requirements. Desired Experience&Qualification Familiarity with FMCG production principles, particularly in the meat processing sector. Strong technical background. Proven success in technical sales, preferably in Capital/Industrial Equipment (minimum 5 years). Sales diploma/degree is advantageous. Must be willing to travel extensively. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to effectively convey product benefits. Confidence and assertiveness to successfully close deals. Strong administrative and organizational skills for reporting, planning, and scheduling. Relationship management skills with a commitment to promptly resolving customer concerns. Interested?
